Mersenne Research, Inc. is a non-profit corporation charitably organized to promote and conduct mathematical and computer science research and support related education within the meaning and limits of U.S. Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3), and the State of California Revenue and Taxation Code.

Mersenne Research owns and operates web content, data and software of the Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search.

Board of Directors

2008–2019: Scott Kurowski, George Woltman, Luke Welsh.

2019: George Woltman, Luke Welsh, Ernst Mayer.
