The On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences is a web site featuring a large database containing more than 100,000 interesting sequences of integers, giving also the sequence name, source, references and other information.
Given a few members of a sequence, the Encyclopedia search engine shows all sequences that match the numbers entered by the user. It can also find sequences given some text.
