- 105 ≤ k ≤ 129 to n=7000000
- 131 ≤ k ≤ 165 to n=6500000
- 167 ≤ k ≤ 213 to n=6000000
- 215 ≤ k ≤ 285 to n=5500000
- 287 ≤ k ≤ 391 to n=5000000
- 393 ≤ k ≤ 557 to n=4500000
- 559 ≤ k ≤ 739 to n=4000000
- 741 ≤ k ≤ 1199 to n=3322000
