The goal of this drive is to search for primes of the form k · 2n-1 for 9 k-values
namely k = 203, 205, 219, 227, 235, 257, 259, 275 and 295.

Notes:
The values for k = 275 and 295 were added on 2014-06-03 and their ranges for 1400000 ≤ n ≤ 1680000 were done in a seperate batch #2.
